When will the shop open?
We have not set a date yet — we are still building the range and agreeing terms with suppliers. Subscribers will receive a single message on opening day.
How are you different from the large pet shops?
We deal only with cats and only with accessories. There is no food and no dog section, so every item in the range is a deliberate choice rather than an addition to a catalogue.
Where do you ship from?
From within Poland, by courier or to a pickup point. No customs charges and no weeks of waiting.
Can I return a product?
Yes. Returns and complaints will be covered by the terms of sale published before the shop goes live, in line with consumer rights.
How will you use my email address?
We will send one message about the shop opening. We do not run a regular newsletter and we do not pass addresses to third parties. Every message includes an unsubscribe link.
