What these terms cover
The site at https://miauza.pl is an information page. We do not sell anything yet, so these terms cover only two services provided electronically: signing up for an opening notification and the contact form for suppliers.
Terms of sale, the right of withdrawal and the complaints procedure will be published before the store goes live.

Opening notification
- The service is free of charge and consists of a single message about the store opening.
- An email address and consent to its processing are all that is required.
- We confirm the signup with a message containing a link. Your address is not added to the list until you click it.
- You may unsubscribe at any time with a single click on the link in any message.
Supplier form
- The service is free of charge and serves to submit a commercial enquiry.
- Submitting the form does not constitute an offer within the meaning of civil law and does not oblige either party to enter into an agreement.
Technical requirements
A device with internet access and a browser supporting HTML5 and CSS3 is sufficient. JavaScript improves the experience but is not required.

Please direct any remarks about how the site works to info@miauza.pl. We reply within 14 days.
Changes to these terms
We announce changes on this page. A change does not affect rights acquired before it was introduced.
